We make the website available together with the saveYOUR applications so you can access and store your photos and videos securely and use other custom features of our services (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, use and distribute information about users of the Services:

Consent. By using the Services you consent to the use of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent to our processing of your Personal Information at any time but withdrawing consent will result in your inability to continue using key features of the Services.

You Control Your Sharing: When you upload photos or videos to saveYOUR, by default your content is private meaning access is limited to only those applications and services you authorize and we do not share your content or make it public. You have control over what you share and understand that content you make available to third parties may become publicly available. For example, geo-location data will be stored if you upload files with embedded location information, for example, geo-tagged photographs. If you do not wish to send geo-location data with us, please do not upload files with embedded geo-location data. If we collect location information through the Services in future, we will ask for consent prior to any collection of location data other than the data embedded in files you upload.

Information We Collect. We collect personally identifiable information such as your name and email address when you open an account with saveYOUR. We will maintain the confidentiality of any contact information you provide to us on signing up for our Services or contacting us with questions or for further information and we will use it only for the purposes for which we have collected it. We may also collect your IP address and information from your browser through the use of cookies. You can set your browser to notify you when you are sent a cookie. This gives you the chance to decide whether or not to accept it. If you disable cookies, you may not be able to take advantage of all the features of the Website. We do not link any of the information we use in cookies to any personally identifiable information submitted by you. We also track and collect non-personal, aggregated anonymized information either directly or through third party services like Google Analytics. We use this information to better provide, administer, analyze and improve our Services.

If you request that your name be removed from our databases, it may not be possible to completely delete all your Personal Information due to technological and legal constraints.

Additional Privacy Protections for Children: We recognize that children, including young teens, may not be able to make informed choices about Personal Information requested online. Accordingly, we do not target children or teenagers for collection of information online.

Amendment of this Policy: We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time.
